A practical, engaging course designed to build knowledge and confidence around mental health in the workplace. Delegates will develop their understanding of mental health, learn how to recognise signs that someone may be experiencing difficulties, and explore how to approach, support and signpost someone appropriately. Delivered live online in a supportive, interactive environment, with practical learning that can be applied in the workplace.
